The house’s facade employs a combination of clean lines and natural materials, with a balance of concrete and textured warm timber claddings. The design plays with light and shadow, ensuring the house has a sense of calm while allowing selective views of the outdoors. The use of a perforated screen on the upper levels adds to the privacy, while providing natural ventilation and diffused light throughout the interiors.

The structure’s three levels offer generous spaces that integrate indoor and outdoor living despite its modest plot size. A rooftop garden crowns the house, introducing greenery and a peaceful retreat within the property. Every detail in the house aims to cultivate a zen atmosphere— from the soft, natural light to the textured surfaces and warm materials used throughout the property.

The interior of PM Residence is designed with an emphasis on openness and calm, highlighted by its double-height ceiling in the main living and dining area. This feature not only amplifies the sense of space but also enhances the flow of natural light and ventilation throughout the interior.
