PAV Residence

In an imaginative redesign of an older apartment complex, two adjacent units were merged to create a spacious 4 bedrooms corner unit tailored to suit a family of three—a couple, an energetic toddler and visiting grandparents.

The newly configured space features a thoughtful layout that includes a cozy bedroom wing and a practical service wing at either end of the unit, conjoined by a central area dedicated to gathering and leisure.

Despite the challenge posed by the low ceilings typical of older buildings, careful design choices ensured the home feels open and welcoming rather than claustrophobic. All the spaces are united by a light and bright palette coupled with honey-hued herringbone flooring throughout the apartment, exuding a sense of warmth and continuity from one space to another.
