Jotun | Public Housing Competition

120 Dew Stack House is concept and our attempt in reimagining a tropical medium-to-high density vertical living typology in South Jakarta by combining modern elements with natural features.

“Dew” symbolizes freshness and tranquility, while “Stack House” suggests a contemporary, modular design. The building provides a refreshing space to live and play, extending green areas and balancing urban life with nature. The design emphasizes optimal orientation to the site, cross ventilation and sunlight, ensuring comfort, energy efficiency, and harmony with the environment.

This apartment employs a modular design, using standard structural units like columns, walls, and interior elements. These units can be rearranged on each floor, enhancing functionality and aesthetics. Prefabrication of modules speeds up construction, making it efficient and easy to build.
